You will receive an immediate order confirmation email with your order details and estimated delivery timeline.

  • International (US & UK): 10-15 business days • Rates calculated at checkout

Important Note: All orders require 1-2 business days for processing, meticulous quality checking, and careful packaging before dispatch. Delivery estimates exclude weekends and public holidays.

Yes, we proudly serve customers worldwide with particular focus on:

International Shipping Considerations:

  • Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient

Jewellery Care & Returns

Q5.What is your return and exchange policy? +

Return Period: 30 days from the delivery date

Conditions for Acceptance:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original pristine condition
  • All original packaging, certificates, and documentation must be included
  • Personalized, custom-made, or engraved jewellery cannot be returned
  • Sale items may be subject to different return conditions

Process: Contact our customer support within 30 days to initiate a return. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
