At Montana, each jewellery piece is meticulously crafted and undergoes strict quality inspection before dispatch. To maintain our standards of hygiene, craftsmanship, and product integrity, we follow a Strict No Return • No Exchange • No Refund Policy on all purchases.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

No Return • No Exchange • No Refund

All purchases made on Montana are final.

  • No returns will be accepted.
  • No exchange requests will be entertained.
  • No refunds will be issued once an order is confirmed.
  • Products purchased during offers, promotions, or special launches are also final sale.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Damaged / Incorrect Product

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for review.
  • The sealed package opening must be clearly visible in the video.
  • Claims raised without video proof will not be considered.
  • Approval is subject to internal quality verification.
Important: Montana does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, dislike of design, styling preference, personal expectations, gifting decisions, or any post-delivery preference-based reason.

International Orders

  • All international orders are considered Final Sale.
  • No return, exchange, or refund is available.
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or local charges are payable by the recipient.
