At Montana, we understand that receiving your exquisite jewellery pieces safely and promptly is an essential part of our luxury experience. We partner with world-class logistics providers to ensure your order reaches you with the care and attention it deserves.
Shipping Destinations & Delivery Times
We currently ship to the following countries with estimated delivery times:

Important Note
Processing Time: All orders require 1-2 business days for processing, quality checking, and careful packaging before shipping. This is especially important for our fine jewellery to ensure each piece meets Montana's exacting standards.
Business Days: Delivery estimates exclude weekends and public holidays in both the origin and destination countries.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order value, and selected shipping method:
- India: Complimentary standard shipping on all orders. Express shipping available at ₹500.
- International (US & UK): Shipping rates calculated at checkout. Orders over $500/£400 qualify for complimentary standard shipping.
- Customs & Import Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country. These are not included in the order total and will be payable upon delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with:
- Tracking number and carrier information
- Link to track your package in real-time
- Estimated delivery date
- Contact information for the delivery carrier
You can also track your order anytime by logging into your Montana account.
Packaging & Insurance
Every Montana jewellery piece is shipped with exceptional care:
- Luxury gift packaging included with every order
- Secure, discreet outer packaging for privacy
- All shipments are fully insured against loss or damage during transit
- Signature required upon delivery for orders above ₹25,000 / $300 / £250
Delivery Issues
In the rare event of a delivery issue:
- Failed Delivery Attempts: The carrier will typically make up to 3 delivery attempts. After this, the package will be held at a local facility for pickup.
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Montana is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at support@montanaindia.com with photos of the damaged package.
- Lost Packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days for investigation.
International Shipping Considerations
For international orders to the US and UK:
- Please ensure your shipping address includes a phone number for customs clearance
- Some countries may require additional documentation for precious metal imports
- Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to customs processing
- International returns are subject to our Returns & Exchanges policy
Special Orders & Custom Pieces
For custom-designed jewellery or special orders, shipping timelines will be communicated during the design consultation process and may vary based on the complexity of the piece.
