2. Products & Descriptions

All Montana jewellery pieces are meticulously handcrafted by skilled artisans. Due to the nature of handmade luxury jewellery, minor variations in design, craftsmanship, stone placement, colour tones, and finish may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects and add to the unique character of each piece.

Product images are captured under professional lighting and may appear slightly different in person due to screen settings and lighting conditions.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Orders are confirmed and processed only after full payment is received and cleared.
• Applicable taxes, customs duties (for international orders), and shipping charges are additional and will be clearly displayed at checkout.
• All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on the destination, courier partner performance, customs clearance (for international shipments), and other unforeseen circumstances.

Montana is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party courier services, customs authorities, or force majeure events.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are subject to our separate Return & Exchange Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Customized, personalized, engraved, made-to-order, or altered jewellery is generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless found to be defective due to manufacturing error.
